A copier maintenance agreement in metro Atlanta runs $0.01 to $0.015 per black page and $0.06 to $0.12 per color page in 2026. On 5,000 black and 1,000 color pages a month, that is $110 to $195 monthly, and it includes toner, parts, labor, and preventive maintenance. Under 1,500 pages a month on a machine under three years old, break-fix usually costs less. Above 3,000 pages or past five years, the agreement usually wins.
Nearly every competitor makes you call for pricing. We publish ours. The table below is filled from our actual rate sheet, and every cell with a bracketed placeholder is a number we will give you on the phone in under two minutes.

Rates are per-page and include toner, parts, and labor. Annual escalators of 5 to 10 percent are common in this market. Ask for the escalator in writing before you sign.
We would rather list this than surprise you.
[PRO-TEC: guaranteed response window, whether it varies by city, and what happens if we miss it]. We put the response commitment in the contract. If we miss it, there is a remedy, and it is also in the contract. Ask any dealer for the same and see what you get.
Under 1,500 pages a month on a machine under three years old, break-fix usually wins. The repair frequency is low, the parts may still be under manufacturer warranty, and the monthly savings on the agreement add up to more than the occasional repair bill. We will tell you that on the phone, because we make the same margin either way and the honest answer is what keeps the phone ringing.
Above 3,000 pages a month or past five years, the agreement usually wins. The repair frequency rises with volume and age, and the agreement caps that cost. The middle band, 1,500 to 3,000 pages, turns on how much downtime hurts your business. For a deeper comparison, read our break-even analysis.
The escalator is last because it is the one that catches people. An agreement starting at $0.011 per page escalating 8 percent annually reaches $0.015 by year four. That is a 36 percent increase over the term, and it is buried on page four of most contracts.
