We service Xerox copiers and multifunction machines across metro Atlanta, independently of the manufacturer. A maintenance agreement runs $0.01 to $0.015 per black page and $0.06 to $0.12 per color page, the same rates we charge on any brand. We do not charge a manufacturer markup, and most Xerox owners in Atlanta do not know a third-party option exists.

Xerox owners in Atlanta pay manufacturer rates by default. When you call Xerox for service, you are paying for the brand name on the invoice, not just the repair. An independent service company charges the same labor rate it charges on any brand, because the work is the same.

A maintenance agreement runs $0.01 to $0.015 per black page and $0.06 to $0.12 per color page. On 5,000 black and 1,000 color pages a month, that is $110 to $195 monthly. Under 1,500 pages a month on a machine under three years old, break-fix usually costs less.

Repair when the machine is under about 600,000 lifetime pages and the repair costs less than roughly a third of replacement. Replace when you are calling for service more than four or five times a year, or when the machine cannot be brought onto a current network safely.
