This page lists our current new and refurbished copier inventory in metro Atlanta. Every machine is priced against your actual meter reading, not a brochure number. Pull your meter reading before you call, and we will quote the right machine for your volume in under two minutes.
The number under the Counter or Meter menu on your machine, divided by the months you have owned it, is your true monthly volume. It is usually about a third of what the office manager estimates. Bring that number and we will size the machine to it, not to the highest-margin option on the lot.
Each refurbished listing discloses the meter reading and the list of replaced components. If the fuser was replaced, it says so. If the feed rollers were inspected and were within spec, it says that. If a part was not touched, it says that too. A machine wiped down and resold is not refurbished, and we do not list those here.
