What to have ready when you call

  • 1.Model number. Look for a label inside the front door or on the back panel. It tells us which parts to bring.
  • 2.Meter reading. Find it under a menu labeled Counter or Meter. Divide the lifetime count by months owned for your true monthly volume.
  • 3.Any error code showing. Ricoh and Lanier machines show SC codes. Reading one over the phone often tells us whether it is a reset or a parts call before we dispatch.
