Ricoh retired the Lanier brand on April 1, 2023. Atlanta businesses told their Lanier machines are unsupported are usually being told wrong. Lanier hardware is Ricoh hardware, and parts cross-reference. We have worked on this equipment since 1996, which predates Ricoh's acquisition of Lanier.

How to get started

Pull your meter reading first. It lives under a menu labeled Counter or Meter on nearly every machine. Divide the lifetime count by the number of months you have owned the device. That number is usually about a third of what the office manager estimates, and it is the only figure that tells us which machine, which service plan, and which price point fits your office.
